Best Game Mechanics – Most innovative gameplay systems

Judged on a 10-point scale. Judges' decisions are final.

Key Rules

✓ Start from Day 0 (no pre-existing games)
✓ AI allowed for code & research and art; winning games need human-created art assets for the publisher deal for the game jam the winner can use AI created art
✓ Daily Discord check-ins (can miss 1 with prior notice)
✓ On-site participants: bring your own PC for Friday showcase
✓ Copyright infringement = disqualification
✓ Stay true to your game design doc
